Valeria Dröge
Founder
Valeria’s passion for luxury travel was borne out of an early career move to Aman and their property in Angkor Wat, Cambodia. This experience, more than 15 years ago, left Valeria with an indelible impression of the travel magic that’s created when curated guest experiences are paired with high levels of service and hospitality. Having refined the art of building customised exotic travel itineraries for the UK’s elite at a bespoke luxury travel agency in London, Valeria then spent a year trying to cure her insatiable wanderlust, traveling from Baku to Ulaanbaatar, and everywhere in between, helping a Swedish Private Education company to build its central asian business.
She has organized over 3,000 personalized holidays, and has a loyal following of adventurous and discerning clients.
Valeria spends much of the year exploring new destinations for clients and has traveled to over 100 countries. Her reputation for impeccable taste and reliability is built on her rigorous attention to detail and her unparalleled network of contacts.
Valeria splits her time between Mexico, London and Cape Town and is fully dedicated to meticulously planning adventures for Exist Luxury Travel clients.

With many years of experience in the luxury travel industry, Ozayrah has built an impeccable relationship with our large network of suppliers around the world. She always ensures that our clients receive a VIP treatment throughout their journey and is a key member of the Exist team.
An avid nature and ocean lover, Ozayrah spends her free time as a freediving instructor and is a certified marine biologist. Some of her favorite adventures include Japan, South Africa and India and she is always on the lookout for new places to explore.
Eugenia Rodriguez Everaert

As a passionate traveller, Eugenia has immersed herself in different cultures and has come to appreciate the intrinsic value of travel as an avenue for personal growth, cultural enrichment, and an expanded worldview.
Her three years at the university of Caen-Normandy, where she was awarded her Bachelor degree in Geography, were the foundation for a lasting and deep love of travel and of appreciating the intrinsic uniqueness of different countries and cultures. This has led to Eugenia dedicating her free time to charities which involve travel to less advantaged countries.
